On August 22, 2019 Cheffrey will deliver his most upscale wine dinner yet!
Not only will you enjoy a scruptious five course dinner, but you will enjoy the expertly paired wines chosen specifically to fit perfectly with each course. During your meal you will have the oppurtunity to enjoy some wonderfull live music by the talented Rich Walker.
Now what you all have been waiting for...THE MENU!!
First Course...Perfectly prepared duck confit tacos, served on a corn tortilla with red bean pesto, and coated with a pineapple and jalepeno relish.
Second Course...An arugula salad, with port wine poached pears and figs, topped with goat cheese and almonds, all lightly coated with a pomegranate vinagrette.
Third Course...Seared scallops with an avacado dijon glaze that is lightly sweetened with agave.
Fourth Course...Braised pork short rib, encrusted with smoked brown sugar and caramelized peaches. This will be served with smashed red bliss potatos and asparagus!!
Fith Course...MARSCAPONE ICE CREAM!!! This decadent ice cream will be topped with blueberries and strawberry's and lightly drisseled with a white balsamic vinager for a gentle contrast of flavors.
